Hand2Hand Ministries is a resource for children facing hunger over the weekend. Healthy food is provided for these children so they have a greater opportunity to succeed academically, emotionally, and physically. This is done by simply providing a backpack with food on Fridays in the child's locker for them to take home. Most commonly, one church partners with one local school to provide help to the students in need.

Hand2Hand Ministries is based on Psalm 145:16, "You open Your hand and provide for the desires of every living thing." It is our prayer that the children receiving food will someday realize that God Himself has cared for them throughout their lives.
